  3. CALM-Brain is distributed to the greater scientific community by the
  4. CBM-ADBS study under the following terms:
  5. #. You agree not to attempt to establish the identity of or to make
  6. contact with any of the included human participants. This
  7. prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of facial
  8. recognition and 3D facial rendering technologies.
  9. #. You agree to acknowledge the use of the CALM-Brain resource and any
  10. data derived from it in all public presentations of results or
  11. algorithms that benefited from their use. This includes:
  12. * Acknowledgments: "Data was provided [in part] by CALM-Brain
  13. [insert appropriate release version]. Data in the CALM-Brain
  14. resouce was collected by CBM-ADBS study.”
  15. * Citation: Until a journal article is available for the resource,
  16. please cite the below reference.

  24. #. You acknowledge that failure to comply with these data use terms
  25. may result in the termination of your right to access and use the
  26. CALM-Brain resource.
  27. Who Can Obtain Access?
  28. ----------------------
  29. Anyone with a scientific usecase can request for access. The resource
  30. is divided into different zones and the access request should mention
  31. the zones of interest. Lower zones have a strict vetting process and
  32. require a detailed statement.
  33. * Zone 1: Contains raw data collected. Access requests to this is not
  34. possible.
  35. * Zone 2: Contains pre-release data. Comes with compute resources to
  36. perform local analysis via access to the server that hosts the data.
  37. * Zone 3: Contains anonymized and stable release.
  38. * Zone 4: Contains the resource index and is openly accessible. You
  39. can try it out `here <https://www.calm-brain.ncbs.res.in/search/>`_.
  40. All CALM-Brain data use is governed by these data use terms.
