2f7d6af455 Add reduced scripts and configs used to build the resource Multiple pipelines have been used to put together the resource. Starting from raw data: organization, migration, curation, quality control, and flagging have been performed. The scripts for these pipelines are added to the repository for future reference. To ensure the data remain anonymized, specific parameters and files used have been removed.
